I am just sick to my stomach. I created a private blog to chronicle our journey to "Fiesty Girl" shortly before we left for China. My husband and I posted (in great detail) every intricate detail of our lives while we were in China. And this evening I went to visit the site to make a few quick updates and it was......GONE!
I literally feel like I could throw up right now. I know that this particular site deletes your blog if you don't post anything after 60 days. However, they are suppose to email you first and instuct you to either make a post to keep your account active or give you the option to pay to upgrade your account, at which time they will retain your blog no matter how few or far in-between your posts are. I SWEAR that I never received this "reminder" email and I am now fearful that our journey to our daughter is now lost forever.
I have contacted the company but have yet to receive a response from them -- please pray that this piece of my daughter's history is not forever lost. I still have photos and know what we did on which days, but they level of detail of things we saw, did, and experienced will be gone forever if this site tells me that my blog has been deleted. Please, please, please send your prayers my way that this can somehow be recovered!!
