We had some unusually warm weather in late March and early April but the past several weeks have been cool ones. We know Spring is just around the corner and have al been waiting patiently for signs that the colder weather will be gone for good...well, until Fall anyway. The kids are anxious to get out and spend a day at the park or riding bike. While we haven't made it to the part quite yet, we were finally able to find a few sure signs of Spring over the past week.
A Family Picnic - Okay, it was windy and cool out and we had our picnic in the garage...but that still counts, right?
A Robin's Nest - The kids (and even us adults!) have had the pleasure of watching a mama robin build a nest and now lay her eggs right outside our window. It has been really neat to watch. She is use to us peaking at her now and whereas before she would fly away every time she saw us peeking, she now just sits and peeks back at us.
