It has been some time since my last post and I'm happy to report a couple of things:
1. "Little Man" has recovered from his pneumonia and is breathing much easier. (Now we are just dealing with his seasonal allergies!)
2. "Feisty Girl" had a renal ultrasound and the results were good. They looked at her kidneys, bladder, and spleen and everything looked good. So now we are going to meet with a pediatric urologist in a couple of weeks to try to determine what, if anything, might be going on.
But now on to the fun stuff...this week is fair week! I decided to take today off from work and take the kiddos down to the fair for the day. The kids rode rides for about four hours straight, with a very short break for lunch. The weather was perfect and we really enjoyed the day together -- the only thing missing was dad, who was at work.
