After that, we "recouped" for the remainder of the evening before moving right back into the swing of things with our "second family" -- the "B" family. We have known each other for over 20 years and the husband's in the group actually grew up together and have know each other for practically all of their lives! At any rate, they truly are like family to us and we tend to do a lot with them...celebrate birthdays, go on several vacations each year together, make it through the tough times together, and even celebrate the holidays together!
And this year was no exception. We invited the "B's" over and had dinner (pizza!) together and snacked on finger food before the pizza arrived. We also shared in a drink or two throughout the course of the evening, played the Wii, opened presents, and just shared in each other's company. Since it wouldn't be fair to post our holiday photos minus the joy that both Santa and our "third family" bring to us, here are some more photos to give you a glimpse into our post-Christmas Friday and Saturday evening events:

A Disney Princess Tent...yeah!
